At Sistabag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or shipment within 5-7 business days.
